Moses is a 9 year old Shetland pony. He has been with us here at SABRC since January 2015.

He came to SABRC after his owner approached us to ask if we had space to take him. His environment was making him sick and he needed to live in a knowledgeable home where his needs could be met. This included ‘The 3 Fs’: friends, forage and freedom.

​

After careful veterinary, barefoot trimmer and management assessments were made, Moses started to thrive. Like all our animals here, individual care is essential to their physical and mental wellbeing.

Moses lives with his friends Jake and Douglas and is happy on an equine track system that allows him all the forage and movement he needs to remain healthy.
