Daphne

"We only started clicker-training Daphne because she was so confident around people!"

John, Trustee

Daphne, named after one of The Broons, has been at SABRC since June 2016 and she didn't take long to make an impact. Daphne often chooses to be around humans (whether in the cottage, the staff room or on a lap!), presumably in her eternal quest for more sweetcorn. We do some positive reinforcement training with Daphne, partly because it's enrichment for her, and partly because she's a fantastic example of how clever hens are.
